Director: Sharat Katariya
Cast: Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma, Abha Parmar and Raghuvir Yadav
Sui Dhaaga Review: Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma’s pair of ‘Sui Dhaaga’ have come on the silver screen for the first time. Sharat Kataria, director of ‘Sui Thaaga’, returned after ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ again with a domestic story. Sharat Kataria, who created a different world in ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, could not get that sharpness in ‘Sui Dhaaga’, which was expected from him. Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have made a lot of effort to play the characters on screen, but they do not have a connection with them like that of ‘Dum Lalke Hishha’, with the horoscope of Khumna and Land Paddekar. In this way, seeing ‘needle thread’, it seems that ‘not all is good’, though Varun Dhawan only says that “Everything is fine.”
In Sui Dhaaga Varun Dhawan (Varun Dhawan) tried to enter in the role of Maoji but the weak story does not allow him to do justice to the character. Although their punch is fun in many scenes. But looking at the small city’s age, Varun Dhawan looks very weak in front of him. By the way, Varun Dhawan had told that he had learned sewing for three months to enter the ‘Sui Thaaga’ in the role of Maoji, that is, he has sweated a lot for the character. Anushka Sharma (Anushka Sharma) could not do any great miracle with Mamta’s character. Anushka does not look like the right choice for such characters. Raghuvir Yadav’s small but funny role in the film.
It is difficult to connect with the story of ‘Sui Dhaaga’, and it does not have much music. The budget of ‘Sui Dhaaga’ is said to be around 30 crore, so the budget of the film is not much. It has also been released at approximately 2200 screens. Varun Dhawan’s movies have started crossing 100 crores, which include movies like Twin-2 and Badrinath’s Dulhania.
