Suzuki’s India Operation (Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motor Corporation India) have crossed the figure of production of 20 million or two billion units of vehicles in India. Along with this, Maruti Suzuki has also established Milestone of 2 million vehicles produced. The first milestone Maruti Suzuki had made was due to the Suzuki’s Sanand Plant located in Gujarat, where Maruti’s premium hatchback balano is made. This time, the company has achieved this big role in which Maruti Suzuki’s Gurgaon and Manesar Plant have played a big role. In these plants, more cars like Popular Car Swift, Desire, Vitara Breeza, Alto, Wagon R are produced.
Earlier this month, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza had crossed the 3 lakh sales units milestone while the new Swift which was launched at the 2018 Indian Auto Expo in February 2018 has also crossed the 1 million units sales milestone. The 20 Millionth car made is Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza AMT in its signature orange paintjob with a white two tone roof option.

Incidentally, Maruti Suzuki is celebrating its 35th anniversary in India in 2018, the company had showcased its first car Maruti 800 ‘SS80’ on December 16, 1983. For the first time the company had placed Milestone in March 1994. A decade later, Maruti Suzuki crossed the figure of 5 million, or 5 million cars, in April 2005. Till the end of March 2011, one million vehicles were sold. Explain that compared to the previous financial year, the company’s sales of annual production in the financial year 2017-18 has increased from 15 lakh to 17.7 lakh units followed by the company’s recently launched cars Maruti Swift and Maruti Balano With Vita Braja’s hand.
