Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer film Robot 2.0, one side the movie won the audience’s hearts before releasing, on the other side, Indian telecom companies are angry with this movie. On the basis of teaser, trailer and other specimens released so far, Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) complaints against movie makers.
In the complaint sent to the Indian Censor Board and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on November 23, the demand of the Examination and re-examination of the teaser and trailer of the movie ‘2.0’ has been sought by COAI. The association has accused the film of neglecting mobile and telecom related items in the negative form.

In protest, the association was told that the manner in which the mobile service and towers are shown in the film is based on completely unfounded, inaccurate and mere imagination. It shows a biased attitude towards the complainant and its members. ‘ On behalf of the complainant it was said that this film is about to push the image.
On behalf of the Cellular Operators Association of India, it was demanded that, unless the videos connected to the film are again scrutinized by the Censor Board and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, it should stop the certificate and release issued.
Let you know, the Cellular Operators Association of India is a non-governmental organization, which is a member of telecom companies like Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance Jio. COAI is also called ‘Voice of Indian Telecom Industry’.
The movie ‘2.0’ is ready to be released in theaters on November 29. This film is India’s most expensive movie. It has been made in excess of 500 crores. According to the information, more than half of this amount has already been made from film rights and advance booking.
