iphone 8 review design

From the front, the iPhone 8 is practically indistinguishable from their last series. The upgraded phone comes with most radical changes in its design. The mobile is featured with all new glass design and it looks like that an iPhone formed from glass. Talking about the glass, it is most durable glass ever and covers the phone both side front and back. Can you believe that glass is so strong as if you fall down this iPhone from your hand or table, then your phone will safe. Moreover, there is less chance to slip out phone from your hands as its all glass body offers excellent grip also. The phone is title bit bigger than its previous models but it has a heavier weight of 148 grams compared to iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. When you see the phone in gold finish, it looks like an amalgamation of the rose gold.

When you open the box of the iPhone, you will get Lightning EarPods, a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, a USB Type-A to Lightning cable, and a 5W charger (more on this later), apart from the phone itself, and some literature. But you may get disappoint as Type C to lightning cable is not available in the box.  This cable enables you to connect your phone to computer or laptop.

Now come to its display, the smartphone gets 4.7 inch display. The predecessors have same display size with same resolution, brightness, and contrast ratios as well. OLED and HDR support are reserved for the iPhone X not for iPhone 8, so the only improvement here is the addition of True Tone technology. According to Apple, True Tone technology “uses an advanced four‑channel ambient light sensor to subtly adjust the white balance onscreen to match the colour temperature of the light around you.” The phone is finished with additional sensors that detect the quality of light around you and mobile according to need can tweak the white balance to match of display. This feature is loaded to reduce eye strain during using phone especially in night hours.
